Medical and Dental Staff - Milica Perovic | Staff Governors

I have worked at the NHS as a doctor since 2005.  Starting from the junior doctor role to the most senior position provides me with real insider knowledge. I enjoy engaging with all the staff and I am confident at raising concerns or questioning decision when necessary. I have recently moved to work here in RCSH, and I feel very proud to work alongside a wonderfully diverse staff group who work incredibly hard to provide the best patient care.

I do feel that my experience working in different organisation can help to improve experience of all the staff working in the Trust as well make difference and bring changes so we can provide even better care for our patients.

I am passionate about promoting the value of medical staff. I see this role as an opportunity to use my voice and champion our staff, whilst also to gain a greater understanding of the inner workings in the NHS.
