Royal Surrey is a friendly and supportive acute and community Trust. We are ambitious about developing our services and your career.
We know our colleagues are our greatest asset. As a member of our team, you will benefit from our health and wellbeing programme and a strong commitment to your professional development. We are also investing in our site, with plans to spend more than £45million on our building and new equipment in the next few years.
Our caring and friendly colleagues will make you feel welcome, supported and valued from your interview and throughout your career with us. We all have a passion for learning, continuous improvement and excelling together through innovation, research and development.
Our main acute hospital site is in Guildford with community hospital sites at Milford, Haslemere and Cranleigh. We provide adult community health services in the community and homes across Guildford and Waverley.
At Royal Surrey NHS Foundation Trust (RSFT), we are committed to fostering an inclusive environment that celebrates diversity and promotes equality.
Our four staff networks—REACH (Race, Ethnicity and Cultural Heritage), PRISM (LGBTQ+ staff and allies), DAWN (Disability & Wellness Network), and Women into Leadership—play a pivotal role in ensuring all voices are heard and valued. Additionally, our Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) Committee actively supports the development and delivery of our EDI strategy, ensuring it is embedded in all aspects of our organisation.
We are also proud to have launched our EDI Strategy 2025-2030, reinforcing our dedication to embedding equality, diversity, and inclusion in our culture and processes.
