CQC feedback on care
The Care Quality Commission (CQC) will begin inspecting our children and young people's services on Monday 3 June 2024, and will be attending our Guildford site on 3 and 4 June.
To help the CQC understand the service we provide, we are asking our patients or their parents/carers to give feedback on care to the CQC.
You can use this to let them know about your experience of care with us, whether it is good or bad.
