Your questions answered

We realise that you will have lots of questions ahead of your treatment. Below are a selection of the questions we are frequently asked by patients starting Xofigo® therapy. If you have any further questions, please ask a member of the team who will be happy to help you.

Do you need to isolate after treatment?

No you won’t need to keep away from anyone. The radiation will remain inside of you and will only leave via your bodily fluids.  

How long will your appointment take?

Please allow a total of one hour for your therapy appointment. 

Can you drive home after your treatment?

Yes, you can drive home afterwards.
