We recognise the importance of carers in our community and want to make it as easy as possible to get the support that you need. The Carers Hub holds information and resources that will help you support your family or friend.
A carer is anyone who provides unpaid care for a friend or family member who, due to illness, disability, a mental health condition, or addiction, cannot cope without their support. Anyone can become a carer regardless of age, background, or culture. Carers play a vital role, but too often they do not receive the recognition and support they need and deserve.
If you'd like to share any feedback about your experience within our Trust, then we want to know. Share your feedback.
