Nominations are now open for Royal Surrey NHS Foundation Trust’s annual staff awards, and we’re inviting patients, carers and family members to help us celebrate two very special categories:

  • Patients’ Choice Award – Individual
  • Patients’ Choice Award – Team

These awards give you the chance to say a heartfelt “thank you” to a member of staff or team who made a lasting impression on you or your loved one during care at Royal Surrey hospitals in Guildford, Milford, Haslemere or Cranleigh or with one of our community teams.

Perhaps someone went the extra mile to make you feel safe, supported or simply listened to. Maybe a team made a difficult time a little easier. Whether it was a life-changing difference or a small act of kindness that meant the world, we want to hear your story.

All nominees will be recognised and three finalists from each category will attend our annual awards ceremony in November.
